At Acanva Home, we want you to love your space; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all furniture and decor are returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition.

  Carefully Repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they are not damaged during the return transit.

  For large furniture items, we will coordinate a specialized freight pickup at your convenience; for smaller accents, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items to confirm their condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
